David’s fitness journey began long before he ever stepped into a CrossFit gym. As a former student athlete, he learned early on how structure, movement, and mindset all work together.
Over the years, David has worked with a wide range of people, from beginners taking their first steps to competitive athletes pushing for new levels. He believes fitness is not only about lifting heavier or moving faster. It is about developing discipline, focus, and self belief. His coaching style is clear and encouraging, always centered on progress over perfection.
Outside of the gym, David enjoys anime, working out, and finding new ways to challenge himself. What motivates him most is not just chasing personal records. It is watching people accomplish things they once thought were out of reach. For David, fitness is more than a workout. It is a path to growth, community, and becoming stronger as a person.
